Total Investment Range is $199,000 to $499,000, which includes the initial single unit franchise fee of $37,500, providing you negotiate within the startup recommendations.  

Under an Area Development Agreement the initial fee for two restaurants is $56,000, for three restaurants it is $75,000 and for each restaurant location after your third location it is $15,000 per restaurant location. The maximum number of franchise restaurants permitted under an Area Development Agreement is negotiated and dependent upon the territory request and the applicant’s experience and financial ability.

The application process usually takes one day once we receive our completed confidential application.

 

In accordance with FTC franchise law, we are unable to provide this information or to offer any kind of assumption on this matter.

 

Once a location is secured and the construction permit has been issued, construction usually takes 12 – 16 weeks depending on your contractor’s performance.

We charge a 6% “on-going licensing fee” plus a 1-1.5% marketing and technology fee, based on gross sales revenues.

 

All food and supplies are to be purchased from approved vendors determined by Apóla Greek Grill.

 

We have a national consumer website. As part of the franchisee’s marketing and technology fee, they will have access to the site and have their own location added to the national website. Marketing support will be offered through our approved vendor with many pre-approved templates, allowing franchisees the opportunity to have materials prepared for them at low or zero cost, depending on what is requested.
